Let us Bear one another’s burdens – Let us be in Prayer for one another – Let us demonstrate CARE for one another

Phil. 4:6-7 – Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

It is sometimes difficult to open ourselves by sharing things that may be going on in our lives and in our hearts.  We have a tendency to clam up when we should be opening up… it’s worth the risk!

It would be our privilege to stand by you in prayer as you seek the Lord for His will and His work in your life.  Please share your burden and we will commit to praying for you; we will commit to sharing that burden alongside you; we will commit to caring for you as a Christian family. Our Ministry of Prayer

  • SHARE BURDENS with ONE ANOTHER–  when we are sharing something that is weighing heavily on our hearts it lightens our heart and the burden that we feel.  We are a body in Christ, and what impacts on of us impacts us all!  When share, it progresses into…
  • PRAYER for ONE ANOTHER’S BURDENS– Praying for someone is a powerful thing.  You see, prayer changes our heart and our perspective on people and situations.  What may LOOK like a hopeless situation, becomes hopeful through prayer. When we share our burdens, our spirit is driven to prayer; this in turn progresses into…
  • BEAR ONE ANOTHER’S BURDENS– Bearing someone’s burden means that the matter is on your heart and on your mind.  Just as if you yourself were facing the burden that is facing your brother or sister in Christ.  You are thinking about it, praying about it, seeking God’s direction about it, and exploring a solution for it. All is implemented in and through God’s power!  When we share our burdens, our spirit is driven to prayer; this results in our bearing one another’s burdens… IN FAITH… not worry, not anxiety, but faith in God’s power; this in turn propels us forward and serves as a motivator to…
  • CARE for ONE ANOTHER’S BURDENS– This is where we demonstrate faith in action.  In James chapter 2, we read that “faith without works is dead, being alone.” When we share burdens we are driven to prayer; and when we bear one another’s burdens we are compelled to compassionately care for one another’s burdens…  we are going to do something about it.
